While I enjoyed the previous theme I had going, I wanted a more modern look to the blog. So until I find something better, we’re going with this theme.

If I can get Safari to stop kicking me out every time I try to browse Tumblr’s themes, maybe I will eventually find one I can settle on.

To anyone who started to follow this blog and then wondered why there was no one posting, I apologize! You see, I do this blog entirely from an IPhone, so I don’t have all the bells and whistles the other blogs seem to have. I don’t have sidebars with links in them. Or advertisements, or something that tallies up how many times I mention a product or color.

I was feeling I just could not compete for quite some time, as you can probably see by the date of the last post.

I do love blogging and talking about makeup, but need to purchase a full laptop to make this blog all I want it to be, which isn’t in the budget @ present.

However, I will try to post occasionally to keep in practice. Just please bear with me, until such time (& money) make it possible for me to make the improvements I want to.

Continuing my fascination with Barbie, I found these two in a Tuesday Morning store! I think you can figure out how they wound up there! These are by far two if the most risque’ Barbies I have ever seen!!

Red Riding Hood looks like she should be on a Stripper’s Pole and Corvette Barbie is a borderline Drag Queen with that dress and makeup!

Would you buy these for your little girl? I know I wouldn’t! I have absolutely nothing against Barbies, but there are better versions out there!

But in the interest of entertainment, I had to post these here for you, my Lemmingista’s!!!!!

Pictured below are new Clinique Blush and eyeshadow. I do not know if these will be permanent to the line, but that Kittycat eyeshadow is gorgeous and definitely looks like a TAUPE!!!!!

I love, love, love Target!!!!! Everytime I visit I seem to spot new and interesting items in the cosmetics aisles.

This trip yielded Kings and Queens shower gels!!! This were once only sold in very high end department stores! The honey scent is supposedly heavenly. I will be purchasing these at some point for a later review. They just weren’t in the budget this time.

I also spotted several other new lines I had never heard of before. The Savour line whch looked to be another bath & body line and a line called One which also seemed to be another bath & body line. These were all in the ” Natural & Organic” area.

So has any of my Lemmingista’s ( the few & the proud), tried any if these out?!! I want to hear about it!

So yes my Lemmingista’s, I have been remiss in my posting. Doing a blog from your IPhone limits one a bit. I read & see other blogs, which are slicker, cooler, better organized and it makes me wonder if I should continue on. Tumblr does an amazing job of blogger support and I know if I had a computer I really could make this blog amazing. But enough of this “pity party”! On with the post!

So I received a 20% off coupon to ULTA on your ENTIRE purchase, and decided to indulge myself today. The major thing I picked up was the Smashbox set you see below. Actually quite an amazing value, it included blush/highlighter, lipgloss, a palette of 6 very generous eyeshadows, and a nice sized sample tube if their Photo Finish primer all for $42!!!!! The eyeshadow palette alone was worth that.

The NYX shadow palette was $9.59 and the colors are very soft and pretty. Then 2 of Prestige Total Intensity liners, which are freaking amazing!! My favorite is Bold Brown. Then a few little goodies from the sample bins and the Mint Green Polish is for a friend of mine who loves unusual nail polish colors.

So what have you hauled lately????
